Namu Balai Kota is an educational tour that invites the public to explore City Hall up close. Visitors can learn about its history and rooms, Jakarta's city management, as well as digital transformation and urban innovation.
Namu Balai Kota is open to all ages. However, registration for the Balai Agung History Tour is strictly limited to visitors aged 13 and above (13+).
No. Admission to #NamuBalaiKota is completely free. However, any purchases of food, beverages, and local SME (UMKM) products are at the visitor's own expense.
Registration is done via the JAKI app. Visitors must have a registered JAKI account to book a reservation for #NamuBalaiKota.
We highly recommend booking your visit in advance via the JAKI app. Walk-in visits without a prior reservation are subject to the organizer's policy and daily capacity limits.
