1. For SMP level, including subjects: Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Pancasila (PKn)/citizenship education, Bahasa Indonesia/Indonesian, Mathematics, and Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA)/natural sciences or Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS)/science and social sciences, covering:

• grade 4: semesters 1 and 2.

b. For SMA/SMK level, including subjects: Pendidikan Pancasila (Pancasila education), Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian), Mathematics, Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA)/natural sciences, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS)/social sciences, and English, covering:

• grade 7: semesters 1 and 2.
• grade 8: semesters 1 and 2.
• grade 9: semester 1.

 

• A statement letter confirming the 2025 academic year report card, signed by the head of the school of origin.
• A ranking certificate showing the student's average report card score relative to their peers, issued by the school of origin.
• Academic achievement certificates.
• Non-academic achievement certificates.
• Official decision letter from the school principal on the composition of the OSIS/MPK (student council) board (for SMA/SMK applicants).
• Official decision letter on extracurricular board membership (for SMA/SMK applicants).
• Certificates earned through selective, non-competition-based processes.
• A statement of absolute responsibility regarding the authenticity of documents, signed and stamped by the student's parent or guardian.

 

3. Upload all required documents through the portal.

4. Print the pre-registration submission receipt, which includes the participant number.

5. The prospective student must monitor the verification result of their uploaded documents via

6. The prospective student should print the final pre-registration confirmation receipt (this receipt is necessary for account registration during the SPMB process).
