Experiencing JSC Booth at Jakarta Fair Kemayoran
This year, Jakarta Fair Kemayoran (JFK) is back with a wide range of exhibitions and attractions that engage visitors from all over society. Various activities and industry booths are present to enliven this event that can be enjoyed directly. Start from the automotive industry, food, to regional platforms with their respective advantages. There was also an exhibition on latest technology.
One of those technology booths is the Jakarta Smart City (JSC). This made JFK even more exciting, as told by smartcitizen Raka. He will share his personal experience of visiting the booth, to dig deeper into the innovations developed by JSC, in order to improve the quality of life of Jakarta residents.
Step Into the Smart City World
Raka started his journey by entering the Jakarta Provincial Government’s booth in Hall C1. With great enthusiasm, he stepped into the Jakarta Smart City booth. A ceiling filled with futuristic neon lights and dynamic background sounds provided an energetic atmosphere. Interactive displays and visual projections filled the room, inviting him to explore and learn more about the smart solutions implemented by the city.
One major highlight at the Jakarta Smart City booth was the effort to create a more sustainable city through the smart city concept. Raka found a lot of information about the steps taken by the Jakarta Provincial Government in integrating public services and increasing the effectiveness of technology in decision-making and policy. From using environmentally-friendly public transportation to developing large urban parks, JSC is committed to creating a healthier and more comfortable environment for Jakartans.
Get to Know JSC Innovation Closer
One of the most interesting aspects of this booth was its introduction to current initiatives of Jakarta Smart City. Interactive panels and monitors explained programs such as an integrated Cepat Respon Masyarakat (CRM) reporting system, Flood Control System, Report Handling Dashboard, and the use of technology to improve public services through the Jakarta Kini (JAKI) application. Raka was impressed by the JSC, which combines the latest technology with community needs to create real solutions.
Towards a Sustainable City
Not only learning about Jakarta Smart City initiatives, Raka also had the opportunity to interact directly with the smart system developed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. He had a unique experience by getting to know Jakarta through an interactive simulation. In addition, he was also able to try a smart application that integrates various services and public information, namely JAKI. This interaction provides a real picture of how technology can facilitate and improve the quality of life in Jakarta.
Interaction with Smart Systems
For Raka, visiting Jakarta Smart City’s booth at Jakarta Fair Kemayoran 2023 was a memorable experience. From explaining the latest initiatives to interacting directly with smart systems, he realized how important technology is in creating a smart, green and sustainable city. Plus quiz games present at the booth can test our insights and increase our knowledge about smart cities. Jakarta is an inspiring example for other cities in utilizing technology, to improve the quality of life of the people. With innovation and sustainable efforts, the future of Jakarta as a smart and environmentally friendly city looks even brighter.
After visiting the JSC booth and walking around JFK, Raka had his own impression.
