On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will hold a Birthday Celebration event on Bidadari Island, Thousand Islands. One of the series of commemorative events of the Anniversary is the inauguration of Digital Nomad Island by the Jakarta's Governement.

What is Digital Nomad Island?

Digital Nomad Island is an initiation made by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to facilitate the community as a digital economy actor in utilizing open public spaces for the productivity of Jakartans.

So, later, people can work anywhere, there are options other than in a café, in the office, at home, in a coworking space, or entertainment venue (work from anywhere). Later with this program, people and digital economy actors can take advantage of facilities to work from the Thousand Islands.

This series of ways can be watched on the live broadcast on CNN Indonesia at 08.00 to 08.30 WIB. There is a talk show entitled Connecting to Mainland to Island, with three speakers, namely Ashari Yudha (content creator), Regent of Thousand Islands, and Mr. Governor Anies Baswedan. This talk show will discuss the Digital Nomad Island program and hopes that this program can be utilized by digital economy players.
