New Names and Faces of Transjakarta Bus Stops

Several Transjakarta bus stops now have new names. Did you know that already, Smarticitizens? Additionally, some bus stops went through revitalization. These changes aim to provide a better experience for Transjakarta service users. To stay informed, let’s check out the details below!

Revitalized Transjakarta Bus Stops

In 2023, Transjakarta revitalized several bus stops. This means that they were improved to offer better services. During the revitalization period, passengers were redirected to other bus stops. Now, these bus stops are ready to operate again. Here’s the list:

 

Corridor 1

Bendungan Hilir Bus Stop

The Transjakarta Corridor 1 route passes through the Bendungan Hilir Bus Stop. So, if you need to head to Blok M or Kota, feel free to board from this stop. Don’t forget, this stop operates 24 hours a day!

Corridor 3

Damai Bus Stop

Often catch the Transjakarta bus at the Indosiar Bus Stop? Located on the Corridor 3 route, this stop is now called Damai Bus Stop! The revitalized stop also serves routes 2A, 3, 3F, 8, M3, and M8.

Corridor 6

Simpang Ragunan Bus Stop

For regular passengers on the Corridor 6 route at the Departemen Pertanian Bus Stop, it looks even better now! Besides that, it is called Simpang Ragunan Bus Stop, so don’t get confused!

Corridor 9

  1. Semanggi Bus Stop

For those of you who missed the Semanggi Bus Stop, it is now back in operation. Located on the Transjakarta Corridor 9 route, Semanggi Bus Stop also serves Corridor 6B, 6M, 7R, 9, 9C, and M9.

  1. Denpasar Bus Stop

Passengers of the Gatot Subroto Jamsostek Bus Stop, get ready to welcome its new look! The stop has now been revitalized. Located on the Transjakarta Corridor 9 route, its name has now been changed to Denpasar Bus Stop.

New Names for Transjakarta Bus Stops

In addition to revitalization, some bus stops have also changed names. For example, the Gatot Subroto Jamsostek Bus Stop is now called Denpasar Bus Stop. You can now experience its new look after the revitalization process. To make your journey smoother, take note of the new bus stop names below!

How to Check the New Transjakarta Bus Stop Names

Transjakarta provides information about bus stop name changes at https://sites.google.com/view/haltetj/home. Don’t forget to click on the link if you need more details.

You can also search for new bus stop names based on the corridor, old bus stop name, and new bus stop name. For instance, if you used to board at the Gelora Bung Karno Bus Stop, you can check its new name by selecting Koridor: 1 (corridor: 1) and Nama Halte Lama: Gelora Bung Karno (old bus stop name: Gelora Bung Karno). The table below will display Nama Halte Baru: Senayan Bank DKI (new bus stop name: Senayan Bank DKI)
