2. Access the QRIS Tap feature (the layout and location may vary depending on the application).  

3. Enter your PIN or go through the required security verification to proceed.  

4. Tap or hold the top part of your phone near the tap-in machine available at the MRT station entrance or Transjakarta bus stop.  

5. Once verified, your tap-in is successful, and you are good to go.

MRT Jakarta

Before you try out the QRIS Tap feature when riding the Jakarta MRT, there are a few important things you need to know to ensure a smooth tap-in process that complies with the current regulations. Take note!

1. QRIS Tap is currently only available for specific routes: from Bundaran HI MRT Station to Lebak Bulus, and vice versa from Lebak Bulus to Bundaran HI. Make sure your route is included in this trial phase.
2. Examples of mobile applications that already support QRIS Tap payments on MRT Jakarta are Livin’ by Mandiri and GoPay.
3. To use QRIS Tap, your smartphone must be an Android device with NFC (Near Field Communication) capability. Devices without NFC support cannot use this payment method yet.

Transjakarta 

Interested in using the QRIS Tap feature on Transjakarta services too? Make sure you understand the following points to keep your ride smooth and convenient:

1. QRIS Tap is currently implemented on 12Royaltrans  routes, which are Transjakarta’s premium buses.  
2. Similar to MRT Jakarta, QRIS Tap on Transjakarta can only be used on Android smartphones with NFC features. If your device does not support NFC, this method won't work for you.
3. For regular Transjakarta routes and other services, the implementation of QRIS Tap will be gradually rolled out in the future.

The Public Transport  feature in this app helps you access complete information such as routes, departure times, and fares of MRT, Transjakarta, LRT Jakarta, and Mikrotrans.
