The Cepat Respon Masyarakat (CRM) data recorded that there were 137.776 problems in Jakarta reported through the complaint channel throughout 2020. A total of 137.574 reports, or 99.85% of them have been successfully completed by the Jakarta Provincial Government.

Like any other metropolis, Jakarta citizens also want a peaceful and orderly life. Especially when conditions are uncertain such as during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Disruption of Peace and Order category was the most favorite report category for 2020, with a total of 15.968 reports. This shows that there are still a lot of peace and order violations that occurred in Jakarta.
Meanwhile, the second and third positions in the most reported category were occupied by old enemies of Jakarta, Trash, and Illegal Parking. The Trash category is the second-largest category with the number of reports reaching 14.494. Only 1 report difference with the Illegal Parking category which is in the third position with a total of 14.493 reports.
