At the JSC booth, you can do a virtual tour of Bidadari Island as part of the Digital Nomad Island program. What is Digital Nomad Island? In short, this is a program created by the Jakarta Provincial Government to facilitate people to work from anywhere and anytime in public spaces and islands around Jakarta.

Through one corner of the Jakarta Smart City booth, you can also see our achievements in the last few years. The most recent is JSC’s winning at the 2022 WSIS Prizes in the ICT Applications category: e-Science for Flood Control System.

Along your journey to explore Jakarta Fair, on the right and left, you can find lots of booths that you can visit. In line with Jakarta’s spirit of promoting local products for the domestic and international market, The Jakarta Fair provides various products with good quality that can compete with foreign products. There are various types of products marketed, such as fashion, handicrafts, furniture, and others. If you’re lucky, you might find products with discounts or door prizes!

Are you starting to get hungry after walking around? A variety of foods from dozens of SMEs are ready to pamper your tongue.

One more interesting thing! After making the history of the first electric car race in Indonesia through Formula e, Jakarta also presents a special spot at Jakarta Fair for visitors who want to take a closer look at the electric racing car models.

Enjoy Live Performances and Fireworks Party

The atmosphere of the Jakarta Fair is getting more lively with performances from various talents and communities. Speaking of Jakarta’s birthday, it’s incomplete without ondel-ondel, an icon of Betawi culture. Therefore, one of the highlights of this agenda is the ondel-ondel parade that was taken place on June 21 and 22, 2022, at 4–9 p.m.

At 9 pm on June 21, a fireworks display began to be held on the Jakarta Fair Main Stage. The cheers of visitors combined with the sound and lights of fireworks made the Jakarta Fair even more lively. During the Jakarta Fair, fireworks were held 3 times; at the opening, at the anniversary night of Jakarta, and at the closing of the Jakarta Fair on 17 July.
