For Smartcitizens who are still looking for practical ways to monitor their health conditions, there is good news! The Jakarta Health Office has just collaborated with Jakarta Smart City to integrate the JakSehat feature in the JAKI super-app. Previously, such services could only be accessed through a separate application.

“We see that the JAKI super-app has a service that has proven usefulness and can reach the wider community. Therefore, by integrating JakSehat in JAKI, we hope that more and more Jakarta residents can achieve equitable and inclusive access to health services,” said dr. Widyastuti, MKM as the Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office.

The Head of Jakarta Smart City Yudhistira Nugraha also shares similar views. “This collaboration further completes JAKI’s integrated services in the health sector. Hopefully JakSehat can make it easier for residents to access health services online, save more time, without having to use many applications,” said Yudhistira.

JakSehat’s innovation features will continue to develop to meet the needs of the community from birth to death, from the process of interaction and collaboration with the government, business and society.”

Currently, JAKI has been downloaded by nearly four million users. As Jakarta’s super application, JAKI provides information and services needed by Jakarta residents in various sectors, such as the official complaint channel through JakLapor, licensing in Jakarta through JakEvo, transportation through the JakLingko feature, taxes through JakPenda, to health through JakSehat.
