Safe Entrance Status in JAKI: What Do The Colors Mean?
Smartcitizen, have you started to go back and resume your activities in public places? If you do, you might be familiar with checking in and checking out before entering or leaving public places. This system aims to strengthen the process of monitoring and contact tracing and has been implemented in a number of areas such as shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, and offices. In the future, the check-in and check-out system will also be implemented gradually in tourist attractions, factories, places of worship, and other public places. You can check in and check out in public places through the PeduliLindungi application.
However, if you want to enjoy a more integrated service, you can also check in and check out using the JAKI application through the Safe Entrance by PeduliLindung feature. This is because JAKI provides various other features related to Covid-19, such as vaccination status check and registration. Now, let's see how to check in and check out of public places through the JAKI application.
How To Check In and Check Out With JAKI
The following is the procedure for checking in through the JAKI application.
- Open the JAKI app
- Click “Pindai” on the Safe Entrance feature
To leave the public area, you can check out by clicking the “Keluar” button or scanning the QR Code again at the exit.
Safe Entrance Status Colors and What They Mean
When you scan the QR Code installed in the entrance area of a public place, a colored bar will appear at the bottom of the page. The color in the bar indicates your Safe Entrance status. The green color means you have been fully vaccinated with 2 doses and you are allowed to enter the public place. The orange color indicates that you have been vaccinated with 1 dose of vaccine and you are allowed to enter public places by adjusting the policy of the place manager. The red color means you have not been vaccinated at all and are not allowed to enter public places.
Now, there is one additional color to the Safe Entrance status, which is black. If the Safe Entrance status bar that appears is black, it means that you have been infected with Covid-19 or have had a close contact with someone who is tested positive for Covid-19. Just like the red Safe Entrance bar, if your status bar is black, you are also prohibited from having activities in the public places and are advised to immediately do a PCR test and self-isolate or get vaccinated immediately.
That was the meaning of the Safe Entrance status that appeared in JAKI after you checked in in a public place. The Safe Entrance by PeduliLindungi feature in JAKI will later be available in various other public places so that the process of monitoring and tracing Covid-19 contacts in Jakarta can be done in more locations. For those of you who want to try the feature, you can download the JAKI application on the Google Play Storeor Apple App Store. When traveling to public places, don't forget to apply health protocols!
