For example, regarding Covid-19 case information, JAKI and Jakarta Health Office releases a brief update of COVID-19 case data every day, starting from the cumulative number of positive cases, cases in care, number of self-isolation patientd, patients declared recovered, and patients who died. In JAKI, you can also report problems in Jakarta, such as people who disobey health protocols, or make violations during the implementation of PPKM. Later, the report you have created will be received and followed up by the relevant Regional Apparatus Organization and entered into the Citizen Relation Management (CRM) system for effective response.
