Rent Sport Facilities More Easily with E-booking Feature in JAKI

Smartcitizen, do you like to exercise? Or do you need to rent some places to exercise? If you do, this news might excite you. Now, JAKI provides an e-Booking feature, which allows you to book sports facilities under the auspices of the Jakarta Youth and Sports Agency (Dispora DKI Jakarta). This feature was developed by Dispora DKI Jakarta and Jakarta Smart City, with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of services to the public in the rental of sports facilities.

So far, there are 39 sports facilities in the type of open soccer fields that have been integrated and can be booked through JAKI. The number and types of sports facilities will continue to increase to facilitate the more activities of the people of Jakarta. Then, what are the terms and procedures for using the e-Booking feature? Let's read further.

Terms of Using the e-Booking Feature

There are two things that you must fulfill in order to use the e-Booking feature at JAKI and book sports facilities. These are as follows.

DKI Jakarta resident (proven by identity card)
Smartphone with JAKI installed and an internet connection

Don't have the JAKI app yet? No need to be confused, you can download JAKI via Google Play Storeor Apple App Store.

Procedure for Using the e-Booking Feature

After the JAKI application is installed on your device, you just need to follow the steps below to use the e-Booking feature.

Open JAKI;
Click the banner “Sewa Tempat Olahraga dan Non-Olahraga di Sini!” at the top of the main page;

After logging in, you will be directed to the main feature page;

Select Fasilitas Booking on Olahraga menu;

Select the Venue Lapangan and select Lihat. Then select the Booking menu;

Fill in the Booking form and select Pesan Sekarang;

Done! You have successfully booked sports facilities online through JAKI.

After completing the order, please confirm to the service operator the day before at maximum by showing proof of the order and bringing complete administrative needs. After that, you can use the sports facilities on the appointed day.

Besides renting sports facilities, you can also use the e-Booking feature in JAKI to rent non-sports facilities if you want to hold events, meetings, seminars, or even weddings. Even though the e-Booking feature is now available, Dispora DKI Jakarta and Jakarta Smart City are still innovating to develop the system. Such as providing more sport facilities that can be booked through JAKI.
