In addition to being a one-stop information and service platform, the JAKI application is now prepared to become a digital account for Jakarta residents. With Digital ID, citizens can access family data, population documents and other NIK-integrated documents, and get personalized information. Residents will also be facilitated because their identity can be stored on their respective devices.
Accessing Digital ID is easy. Here are the steps you can follow:
After having a JAKI account and successfully logging in, click Profile;
Verify your NIK;
Fill in your Full Name according to your KTP, NIK, and attach a photo of your identity card;
Take a selfie with your ID card, then click Take Photo;
Point your face and ID card to the camera;
If the photo is correct, click Match;
You will be directed to the confirmation page. Check the agreement statement, click Confirm;
NIK Verification request is successfully sent.

Once your NIK has been verified, you can then access various personalized information, such as Home Information, Health, Food Security, DTKS Status, Social, and Education. 
On the Home Information menu, you can access your domicile address and Slum RW status.

Meanwhile, through the Health menu, you can get information on your Covid-19 vaccination status and detailed information on each vaccination dose.

Furthermore, on the Food Security menu, you can find information on the receipt of subsidized food benefits per year. Just select the desired year, and you will see information in the form of names and account numbers.

The DTKS menu provides you with information about the Integrated Social Welfare Data. The data that you can see are Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI), Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), Indonesia Smart Card (KIP), Prosperous Family Card (KKS), and Family Hope Program (PKH).

Meanwhile, through the Social menu, you can check information on receiving social assistance available for your family. The assistance is in the form of Jakarta Elderly Card (KLJ), Jakarta Children Card (KAJ), and Jakarta Persons with Disabilities Card (KPDJ). The information listed is a list of social assistance receipt periods and nominal.

The last menu is Education, which you can use to access information on educational assistance for the Jakarta Student Superior Card (KJMU) and Jakarta Smart Card (KJP). The information listed on the menu is related to the period, stage, and year of receipt of assistance.
