All features in JAKI are intended to provide easier access for the citizens to get public services, including paying taxes. Those of you who have to go to work everyday may find it hard to find the right time to do the payment at the bank, not to mention the time wasted while queueing. Starting from this pain point, JakPenda was created so you can check and pay your taxes at your fingertips.

On JakPenda, you can check Vehicle Tax, Property Tax, as well as Local Tax. JakPenda also provides several payment methods, such as payment via ATM, teller, and e-banking. Easier and faster, right?

How to Check and Pay Taxes via JakPenda

JakPenda can be used to check Vehicle Tax, Property Tax, and Local Tax. Let's take a look!

Vehicle Tax

Before getting the total amount of the taxes you have to pay, you need to fill in your vehicle number plate and your ID number. After clicking 'Cek Pajak', you’ll see relevant information regarding your vehicle tax.

Property Tax

Now you can pay your property tax in the comfort of your own house, thanks to JakPenda. You can choose the payment method that suits you best, such as payment via ATMs, tellers, and e-banking. To check the amount of the tax, all you need to do is input your Tax Object Number and click 'Cek Pajak'.

To make a payment, it's very easy! Click on ‘Belum dibayar’ and click ‘Konfirmasi dan Bayar’.

After that, select your preferred payment method, copy the payment code (kode bayar), follow the payment instructions, and you’re all set!

Local Tax

Besides checking and paying vehicle and property tax, you can also check and pay the local tax via JakPenda. There are two types of tax objects: ‘Setoran Masa (Setma)’ and ‘Surat Ketetapan Pajak Daerah’ (Regional Tax Assessment Letter). Prepare your Nomor Objek Pajak Daerah (Regional Tax Object Number) or Nomor Surat Ketetapan Pajak Daerah (Regional Tax Assessment Letter Number) prior to the payment process
