To make it easier to identify priority passengers and provide them with special priority services, Transjakarta has introduced the Transjakarta Priority Customer Pin (Pin Perista).   2. After registering, prepare the necessary documents based on the priority customer category:
    • Seniors: Identity Card (KTP) and a free senior service card.
    • Pregnant Women: Identity Card (KTP) and an ultrasound (USG) result or Expected Date of Delivery (HPL) from a doctor.
    • People with Disabilities: Identity Card (KTP) and a free service card for people with visual impairments or blindness.

Once all documents and registration are processed, priority customers will receive their pin, which can be used each time they travel with Transjakarta.
