If you don’t have a Transjakarta Free Service Card yet and just found out that you’re eligible, now is the perfect time to apply. This card is issued to specific groups, such as senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and other eligible categories, to make public transportation more accessible.

Who Can Get a Transjakarta Free Service Card?

If you don’t have this card yet, check whether you meet the eligibility requirements. The Transjakarta Free Service Card is available for the following groups:

  • Senior citizens (60 years and older) with a Jakarta Identity Card (KTP Jakarta);
  • Persons with disabilities with a national Identity Card (KTP Nasional);
  • Members of the Indonesian Veterans Association with a national Identity Card;
  • Recipients of the Raskin program (low-income beneficiaries) with a Family Welfare Card and a Jabodetabek Identity Card;
  • Residents of the Thousand Islands (Kepulauan Seribu) with a local Identity Card;
  • Mosque caretakers (marbot) with a Jakarta Identity Card and a valid certification from the Indonesian Mosque Council (DMI);
  • Educators and staff at Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions with a national Identity Card and a valid teaching certificate from Jakarta;
  • Mosquito larvae monitoring officers (Jumantik) with a Jakarta Identity Card and a valid certification;
  • Active military personnel (TNI) and police officers (Polri) with a national Identity Card and official service card (KTA).

How to Apply for a Transjakarta Free Service Card

If you meet the eligibility criteria, apply for a Free Service Card now! The process is entirely online, making it convenient to complete from anywhere. Follow these steps:

  1. If you qualify for the Free Service Card, register at klg.transjakarta.co.id
  2. Select the registration menu and choose New Card Application.
  3. Upload the required documents, including your Identity Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), a recent passport-sized photo, and any other requested documents.
  4. If approved, your card will be processed for printing.
  5. Wait for Transjakarta to notify you via the registered contact number regarding card collection.
  6. Pick up your card at the designated location.

Make sure all uploaded data is correct to avoid verification issues. You can also apply for or replace a Free Service Card at klg.transjakarta.co.id.

How to Replace a Lost or Damaged Transjakarta Free Service Card

If your card is lost or no longer functional, you can request a replacement online by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official KLG Transjakarta website.
  2. Select Replacement for Damaged Card if your card is unusable or Replacement for Lost Card if it is missing.
  3. Upload the necessary documents, including your Identity Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), a recent passport-sized photo, and any other required files.
  4. Wait for the verification process from Transjakarta. If approved, you can collect your new card at the designated location.

If your Free Service Card is nearing its expiration date, you can renew it on weekdays from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB at the following Bank DKI branches:

  • Bank DKI Wali Kota Jakarta Timur Branch;
  • Bank DKI Wali Kota Jakarta Barat Branch;
  • Bank DKI Wali Kota Jakarta Selatan Branch;
  • Bank DKI Wali Kota Jakarta Utara Branch;
  • Bank DKI Wali Kota Jakarta Pusat Branch;
  • Bank DKI Balai Kota Branch;
  • Bank DKI Otista Branch;
  • Bank DKI PBS (Pintu Besar Selatan) Branch;
  • Bank DKI Gatot Subroto Branch (Jakarta Education Office).
