    • If the groom or bride is under 19 years old.
    • For polygamy approval if one of the parties is still legally married to someone else.
  8. Embassy Permission
    Required if one of the individuals is a foreign national (WNA) planning to marry in Indonesia.
  9. Copy of Identity Card (KTP)
    A copy of both parties' identity cards (KTP) is required as proof of identity.
  10. Copy of Family Card (KK)
    A copy of both parties' family cards must also be attached.
  11. Copy of Birth Certificate
    The birth certificates of both individuals must be included as an additional requirement.
  12. Marriage Recommendation Letter from the KUA District Office
    If the wedding ceremony will take place outside the residential area, this letter must be obtained from the original KUA office.
  13. 2x3 cm Photos (5 Copies)
    Colored photos with a blue background for even years and a red background for odd years.
  14. 4x6 cm Photos (2 Copies)
    The same guidelines apply to the smaller photos, with the background color based on the year of the ceremony.

  3. Note the Required Documents
