Explore the Journal of Future Cities Page
When you land on the Journal of Future Cities main page, your attention will be immediately drawn to the prominent header section. This header prominently features the title, a captivating photo, and a brief description of the Journal of Future Cities page. As you scroll down, you'll encounter several distinct sections, including Q1 Indexed Journals, IEEE International Smart Cities Conference (ISC2) Journals, and the Latest Smart City Journals.
Q1 Journal
In the first section, titled "Q1 Journals," you'll find a list of journals that have earned a prestigious Quartile 1 (Q1) ranking from International Scopus. Each entry provides essential information about the journal, including its topic or category, title, the conference responsible for its publication, and the publication date. If you click on one of these Q1 journals, you'll be redirected to a dedicated page with more comprehensive details about that specific journal.
For instance, when you select the journal titled "COVID-19 Mortality Risk Factors Using Survival Analysis: A Case Study of Jakarta, Indonesia," you'll be taken to a page showcasing this journal's information. At the top of the page, you'll find details such as the journal title, publication date, author's name, keywords, and a journal image. By clicking on this image or the "See Journal" button below it, you can instantly access the official digital library, the authoritative source for publishing the journal. Here, you can peruse the entire journal at your convenience.
Returning to the journal page, in the second section, you'll encounter the journal's abstract. Initially, only a portion of the abstract is visible, but you can access the full content by clicking on the "See full content" option. Meanwhile, in the third section, you'll find a 'Related Journals Recommendation' segment, offering suggestions for other journals with similar topics or categories as the one you previously accessed.
Journal of IEEE International Smart Cities Conference (ISC2)
The second section, titled "Journal of IEEE International Smart Cities Conference (ISC2)," presents journals published in connection with the International Smart Cities Conference (ISC2). Each journal entry includes information about its topic or category, title, the name of the conference responsible for its publication, and the publication date. Clicking on any of these journals will lead you to a dedicated page offering more comprehensive information about that particular journal. The layout and content of these pages are consistent with the format used for other journals, including the Q1-indexed journals previously mentioned.
To explore additional ISC2 journals, simply use the arrows positioned on the right or left sides of the journal list. When you've reached the end of the ISC2 journal list, you'll encounter a 'See more journals' option. Click on this text, and you'll be directed to a page featuring the complete collection of the Latest Smart City Journals. Detailed information about this page will be provided in the next sub-heading.
Latest Smart City Journal
The third section, Latest Smart City Journals, displays all journals currently published on the Journal of Future Cities page, regardless of their indexes and conferences. If you have reached the last smart city journal, you will find ‘See more journals’.
