- Applies to motor vehicles with four or more wheels.
- Monday–Friday, 06:00–10:00 WIB and 16:00–21:00 WIB.
- Odd-numbered plates pass on odd dates.
- Even-numbered plates pass on even dates.
- The rules do not apply on national holidays.
